Contour™ Cast Film Dies
Assure a uniform dynamic die body deflection across the die width and reduce the time required to adjust the die to within target parameters with the Contour cast film die.
Unlike conventional constant deflection dies, the uniquely sculpted Contour die has a coathanger manifold that provides streamlined flow allowing for a significant reduction in scrap. As a result of these features, you may be able to increase throughput within the production capabilities of your extrusion equipment.
