Pellet-to-Slice Reformer is fully automated, with the flexibility to reform 3 mm to 16 mm Dry Ice Pellets
(or nuggets) into 125 x 210 x 25 to 60 mm slices. Reforming pellets into slices reduces dry ice
consumable cost and is safer for the operator compared to traditional block cutting processes.
The pellet-to-slice reforming process eliminates hazards from cutting block and reduces CO2 sublimation loss by ~80% - producing less CO2 "smoke."
The IceTech RF2000H contains lots of technical features compared to existing products on the market.
For instance a heat exchanger is used to minimize waste of energy during the sublimation process.
The hydraulic unit use logic components for higher performance.
The machine parts are protected by a moisture-free enclosure, which also reduces the noise level to a
minimum (below 75 dB(A). The RF2000H provides a non-stop supply of highdensity Dry Ice Slabs.

If the IceTech RF2000H is connected to your LAN or Internet, the entire display can be transferred
to the computer desktop of your choice– anywhere in the world. This allows online support by
using diagnostic software on the industrial PC.
