PIRANHA 3E

The SPARK and PIRANHA model manipulators have both beendesigned mainly to extract sprues from moulds: using thesedevices allows both the automatic separation of the sprue, aswell as the immediate recycling of the material. Moreover it isguaranteed that the sprue will not remain inside the mould when it closes.The high speed of movement allows a significant lengthening ofthe cycle time, especially when using the PIRANHA model. The main difference between the two models is related to the axis movement: with pneumatic cylinders in the case of SPARK, and 3 brushless motors for PIRANHA. With the PIRANHA model it is also possible to simultaneously extract the moulded piece and the sprue, then release them at different points.

SPARK-S

Спрупикеры (извлекатели литника) SPARK-S — извлекают из формы литники отделяя их от изделий со 100% результатом. Высокая скорость движения позволяет пренебречь потерями на время цикла. SPARK-S могут быть установлены на машинах литья под давлением до 250 - 300 тонн.
