The Numerical Control (CNC) robots series Compact, represent the synthesis of more than 20 years of TecnoMatic’s activity in the plastic moulding sector. Robots MICRO

The MICRO CNC robot respond in a flexible and economic way to the most demands in the small injection moulding machines. The Free Guided Programming (FGP) capability, that all TecnoMatic robots have, makes it possible to realise extremely flexible work cycles with no limitations to program complexity or length; all the various operations are very simple.

Robots SIDE CNC

Роботы серии SIDE CNC (c боковым выходом) — с числовым программным управлением (ЧПУ) используются как альтернатива роботам с традиционной структурой строения особенно в следующих случаях: Когда скорость цикла становится самым важным элементом и следовательно, в основном, в упаковочном секторе, где толщина продукции очень маленькая и позволяет работать с очень быстрыми циклами, менее 5 секунд. Когда робот и машины литья под давлением, должны быть установлены в «белой комнате» и, следовательно, в основном, в оптическом сектор, медицинском сектор, и т.д. Или когда есть проблемы, связанные с высотой потолка, где робота роботов традиционной конструкции невозможна.
