Robots VERTICAL

The robot VERTICAL CNC model allows to automate the production of the plastic pieces effected by vertical machines. In the design there was no room for compromise, it’s a robot of premium quality and able to provide superior performances. The particular programming system (Free Guided Programming - FGP) allows to write extremely flexible working cycles, without limits as it regards of complexity and length of the programs; the programming system is simple and intuitive, user friendly.
With this robot it will be possible, for instance, to load inserts in the mould and contemporarily to withdraw the molded pieces and to do much more!
The VERTICAL CNC robot own a strong structure in welded steel and is endowed with a telescopic axis of entrance in light league: this allows to reach elevated speed combined to a great structural rigidity. The commercial parts are of the best quality.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
High-power digital brushless servomotors on all the axes,
Movements of the axes by precision prismatic rails bearing mounted skates,
Generously sized reducer gears epicyclical type,
Horizontal axis of entrance telescopic type,
Transmission of the movement by resistance toothed belts,
Digital numerical control (CNC) that can manage up to 8 axes,
Possibility to move the axes with controlled torque,
Remote programming keyboard with ample color display, touch screen type (10 "/ led),
Interpolation and overlap of the movements,
Wrist rotation with one or two (optional) electric brushless rotations freely programmable (0-360°),
As standard two vacuum circuits,
Possibility also to withdraw the pieces by pliers or pneumatic cylinders,
Control of the pieces presence by analogical vacuum switches or photocell,
Timed output to operate a conveyor belt,
As standard on the wrist N°5 inputs and N°5 auxiliary pneumatic circuits, freely programmable,
As standard on the electric box N°5 inputs and N°5 outputs freely programmable to interface the robot with other machines.

  • Free Guided Programming (FGP) that allows to write the working program using "actions" already wrote and listed in a
  • special bookstore,
  • Self teaching of the positions related to the movement of the axes,
  • Execution step-step at reduced speed to verify the program exactness,
  • Memorization of the programs on USB memory,
  • Possibility to realize working cycles composed by whatever sequence of movement,
  • Various pieces stacking schemes to fill pallets, boxes, etc ….
  • Possibility to add in the main program various types of subroutine that are performed only if planned conditions are
  • verified (for example to discard defective pieces, to insert cardboards, etc….),
  • Possibility to cut the sprue by an external cutting station (optional),
  • Possibility to label the piece by a label machine (optional).
